Our Technical Office
The Group has always considered it essential to develop a Technical Department that is competent in planning, attentive and proactive in eventual design, and committed to continuous Research & Development aimed at both optimizing the existing and finding innovative solutions. In the area of technology and software, logistics and production organization is managed through ERP systems Tesar Motis 2, Target Cross and with the use of Openmind Hypermill cad cam. Relative to drawings and design Solidwok, Katia, and Inventor represent comprehensive computer tools.
Our logistical facility
The Carugate plant, on the outskirts of Milan and located in a strategic area near the most important road and highway junctions in northern Italy, guarantees maximum ease in being reached. With 40,000sqm and 6,400sqm under construction of total area, spacious and functional facilities and 16 overhead cranes, the Carugate and Pessano con Bornago plants can easily handle multiple loading and unloading of trucks, even for exceptionally large parts
Carugate: 13,000 sq m covered; 10,000 sq m uncovered, used for storage and parking; 2,500 m office space 6,400 sq m new factory.
Pessano con Bornago: 6,000 m² covered; 10,000 m² uncovered; Both plants are strategically located near major highway hubs: A4, A51 (tang. East Milan, Carugate Exit), A35, A58.
